Akshay (Shay) Sabhikhi is a Serial Entrepreneur and CEO of ArcOne, where he leads the mission to modernize revenue management with AI to help enterprises continually foster trust with their customers.  He has a strong passion for using AI to solve complex business problems across regulated industries such as healthcare, financial services, and insurance.  He has a successful track record over the last 25 years of building software businesses for companies such as Trilogy, Webify, IBM, and CognitiveScale that have delivered impactful business solutions to enterprises large and small. 

As CEO, he led his teams to win multiple awards such as the Austin A-List award, Red Herring Award, Gartner Cool Vendor, and the Smart AI Award.  He was selected as a “Technology Pioneer” by the World Economic Forum and was invited by Angela Merkel, Chancellor of the EU to present in Davos, Switzerland to global leaders and CEOs of the largest software companies on the responsible use of AI. He is the holder of 6 patents in Artificial Intelligence and its responsible application across industries, with another 10 patents pending. 

He holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in electrical and computer engineering from the University of Texas at Austin, and an MBA in Entrepreneurship from the Acton School of Business.   He served on the board of the Austin Chamber of Commerce and is currently on the board of the Austin Technology Council (ATC) to help local entrepreneurs and companies network, recruit, and connect to new sources of capital.
