John Andersen

As VP of AI Products & Sales, John leads the AI product vision, strategy, and go-to-market efforts to integrate AI across the revenue management lifecycle. With a cross-industry focus, he is passionate about driving innovation and value creation through AI-driven solutions. Specifically, John is interested in leveraging machine learning and generative AI techniques to develop persona-specific copilots across Banking, Utilities, and Healthcare verticals.

Prior to joining the RIA Products team, John accumulated a wide range of experiences in AI. He began with a technical background in software development and architecture, focusing on embedding AI in robotics at IBM Watson Innovation Lab. He then transitioned to CognitiveScale, an AI start-up company, leading delivery & customer success for large enterprise accounts, where he managed the growth through establishing their AI roadmaps and implementations.

John holds both an M.S. and a B.S. in Biology and Biological Sciences from Texas A&M University.
